How Can severe Cough And Vomiting In A High BP Patient be Treated?

58 yr old male overweight w/high blood pressure. Visited doctor today and blood was taken. On way from Doctors nose began to bleed profusely from when leaning forward. Accumulation of blood to cause cough and vomiting. No pain just tired. Emergency doctor stated he may have a sinus infection. Back home and large amount of blood still running from nostrils. hi, examine to md medicine. measure the bp. it may be due to increase the bp.for cough you can take antibiotic like cefadroxyl & salbutamol [4mg] 2 times a day. for vomiting domperidone is suitable. thank you. regards.
